My Services

I offer complimentary 15-minute consultation calls (either through video or phone call) with anyone who is interested in scheduling a session.
During this call, I will go over any questions you may have. I will also ask you about what brings you to therapy to see how I can help and determine whether we are a good fit.
While the consultation call is not required, I highly recommend using it. One of the primary benefits of this service is that it can help reduce some of the anxiety that goes in to starting therapy with someone new, or for the first time.

The 60-minute intake session is our first session together. This is when we get to go over your history and dive deeper into what you would like to get out of therapy.

Each session after the intake has a duration fo 50 minutes. These sessions can be online or in-person. If you are engaging in sessions online, I highly recommend creating a distraction-free, comfortable environment.

I offer 90-minute sessions for clients engaging in EMDR sessions, intensive short-term therapy, or those processing recent impactful/traumatic event(s).

Anxiety

I’ll teach you how to manage your anxiety symptoms with personalized coping skills that work for you.

Self-Esteem
The way you see yourself MATTERS.
Through our work together, we’ll identify your current perception of yourself, including how you feel about your intelligence, body image, and capabilities.
You’ll then learn how to develop an accurate self-evaluation. The goal is to learn how to emphasize your strengths and lean into them to become the more confident, capable version of yourself.

Trauma
There are some things that are just too big to sweep under the rug.
Processing the darkest moments of our lives can oftentimes be too daunting to do ourselves. I’ll be your guide to help you process and move forward from those experiences that have been holding you back.

EMDR
Eye-Movement-Desensitization-Reprocessing is an evidence-based form of therapy designed to treat symptoms related to disturbing or traumatic experiences.
After a traumatic event, you may develop a self-limiting belief that can impact your relationship with yourself and others. Once we reduce the heightened emotional distress related to the negative memories, you are more likely to develop a new, healthy belief.

Relationships
Relationship issues can feel nearly impossible to navigate when we don’t have the right tools.
Being dissatisfied with the state of your romantic relationship can be a result of many possible factors, and we’'ll go through them together.
You’ll learn effective communication skills, boundary-setting techniques, emotion management as it relates to your attachment style, and what it means to be in a truly healthy relationship.

Burnout
Do you often wish you could just quit your job?
Before you think about that option too much, let’s evaluate your relationship with your work. Burnout could be a result of poor work-life balance, unhealthy dynamics at the workplace, or unrealistic expectations regarding your work performance- just to name a few.
As part of our work together, we’ll identify the root causes contributing to your burnout and how they can be addressed. I’ll create a personalized plan with actionable steps to reduce anxiety symptoms as they relate to burnout.
